Solution Highlights Customized, turnkey solution We provide you with a customized Internet access solution after taking into consideration your requirements, the hotel's physical and network infrastructure, bandwidth requirements, billing options and support needs. Our service cycle encompasses all aspects of the solution and requires zero to minimal intervention required from you, the hotelier. Wired and wireless Internet Access We offer instant Internet connectivity in all guest rooms, either through Wi-Fi or Ethernet technologies, or a combination of the two. We also unwire all the required public guest areas, like conference rooms, business center, restaurants and swimming pool etc. Separate pricing plans can be created for Business centers and Conference rooms. Plug-n-play Internet Access We offer plug and play Internet access for both wired and wireless Internet access. There is no need to modify IP settings, browser settings or even e-mail client settings. Connecting to the Internet is as easy as switching on the laptop, connecting to the wireless signal and browsing. Multiple VPN connect Our Internet access solution is completely VPN compatible and has been successfully used with all major VPNs like Microsoft, Intel, Cisco etc. We also allow multiple users of a company to connect to a single VPN server simultaneously. Flexible billing and authentication options We provide a variety of billing options, depending on your hotel IT infrastructure. Our billing system seamlessly integrates to your hotel PMS system. We can create customized billing plans and tariffs and the guest's Internet bill can be combined with the room bill. We also have our own proprietary RADIUS billing and authentication system, Our RADIUS solution is tried and tested and is currently in use in several star hotels across the country. Separate pricing plans can be created for Business centers and conference rooms. Top-notch customer service We understand that a solution is only as good as the customer service accompanying it. We have trained helpdesk engineers operating in hotels, backed up by a centralized 24x7 NOC. Our support systems include automated Network Monitoring Systems and advanced Helpdesk and Call Logging systems. Bandwidth on Demand The Microsense solution supports bandwidth on demand, so guests can increase their bandwidth on the fly. Seamless Wired to Wireless and Wireless to Wired Switch Over The guest can connect using a wired connection in the room and then move over to the coffee shop or lobby and use the wireless connection, and then come back to the room and use the wired connection again. This requires seamless switch over, recognizing the guests as they move across the hotel and not requiring them to re-present their credentials again and again. Customized Login and Status pages We provide customized login pages that prominently highlight the hotel brand as well as the Microsense brand.
